Question about Durabrand 5.1 Surround Sound Computer Speakers
Is there a way to turn up the volume past 50?
This sytem is unable to go past 50 and because its only 80 watts it wont get louder.
80 watts is divided by all the speakers
so a 5.1 system gives 20 watts to the woofer and 15 watts to each of the other 4 speakers.
plus its in rms (root means square)
which means you loose some wattage in fricton so take another 25 to 50 % of the wattage.
so all this said you get what you pay for.
