Question about General Electric 36 in. Profile PP962 Cooktop
I am a cook, not an electrician. My relatively new GE Profile radiant glass cooktop just loudly "popped" off when I chose to ignite an element for boiling water. The heat indicator lights flashed once, and every element is now dead. I checked the breaker box and nothing tripped.
Is this a phone call to the service tech? It's still under warranty...
