It means that services to this device is somehow not responding to system IRQ and needs to be reinstalled properly .....it also indicates that other functionality of this device is being enabled in the background hopefully it is corruption kindly run reg cure and malawarebytes

I know my answer may not be liked by you, but my simple suggestion is to not use the toner but put in compatible ribbon(black) and disable the toner feed. If after replacement, the printer does not show this problem then you will be sure that the problem was with the Toner. The printer must be in use for a considerable time period and if I am right, this problem did not occur anytime before now. Its an intuition that the Toner quality might not be good enough or it has been used after a long period on the shelf. If some toner, due to stickiness or being too dry, sometimes forms a fine layer over the sensor causing it to display error message during its Power On Self Test. On switching it on & off causes some movement of the head which sometimes clears it and the printer starts functioning again. Do try replacing the toner with a compatible ribbon, just to see if the same error message reappears. If not then you are left with two choices, viz. keep using the printer ribbon or replace the toner cartridge with a fresh one and hopefully this error won't repeat itself..........................................sodeep

, when you first turn the machine on, when an error beep will sound andthe error message "a11" shows on the display. When this happens thereis nothing you can do to the machine except turn it off - it willexcept no commands.
