I think the fastest way to fix this problem is to press the SYSTEM RESET button on the back of the TV. It will restart the TV and go through the INITIAL SETUP again and you can do the language change and channel search.

The SYSTEM RESET button should be on the right side on the back. It's small button below the "10101" RS232C port.

Wrong Language

2 possible solutions for you. Take the batteries out. Press the power button (with batteries out). Nothing will happen. It's OK. Leave batteries out for 4-6 hours. Re-install batteries. Camera should default to initial set-up screen, where it will ask you for the language of choice.
Solution 2 is turn camera on. Press menu and navigate to set-up (configuracion). Navigate to language (lang.) and select english. That should take care of it. Hope it helps.
