Error code b2 -n104 seems to be a common problem. Google search turned up millions of postings about b2 errors. I found that a website called Windows Techies claim to have a solution for these errors. This is the URL:

This error could be caused by a registry problem or a conflict with an application that you have installed or some malware that changed your configuration. I usually do a System Restore when I have problems like this with my PC (that is almost never as I very seldom will download anything, especially from a service or site that may be unreliable or even vicious. I will check online in the following way.. I will Google search with the name of the site and then type in "complaints".. If there are complaints about the site or service that is enough to keep me from using their downloads. I find this especially true with "free".
I also have found that some application conflicts can be resolved by identifying the app by the date my problem started and then finding the application in "Programs".. I then delete it using the uninstall in Programs.

You might want to look at your owner's manual and see what ERROR MESSAGE 87 means.

clean the lasers with a damp cotton bud.
take the lid off, unscrew the circut boards, remove carefully some of the connected wire looms 2 get better access, slighly dampen 1 end of a coton bud with plain water, clean the lens through the hole, repeat with the dry end of the cotton bud. re-assemle.
