USB connection my computer cannot detect the USB of my phone

Please install the phones usb drivers on the pc

Check first if it is synhronized.

Connect the USB cable to the phone and connect the other end to your computer (through the USB port). Once it has been detected by the computer, open it and copy and paste the songs from your computer into the sanyo s1 phone. Regards.

After connecting your phone to the USB, search for a notification in your phone; something like "USB detected" or "mount USB".

Try installing PC suite once again. also check the drivers for the USb cable.Try plugging any other USB device in your computer. if it doesnt work, then usb port on your computer is bad,.

check the usb connection type in settings menu phone setting and connectivity settings then for data transfer select the mass storage or data transfer mode.....

on your p3 laptop/desktop go to the device manager and update usb drives (DO NOT CONNECT your phone). Before that uninstall pc suite. Then reinstall again.And follow the on screen guide how to connect the phone.

Connect the phone while the computer is off. Power on teh computer and it should detect a new USB hardware device. You should then see two new drive designations. 1 for the phone's memory and teh 2nd for the onboard memory card if you have one installed. Remember for the first connection the computer must be off when you connect the phone.

I think the problem is not your mobile maybe you need the cd driver to install first before the mobile unit is detected. If you have a cd included when you bought the mobile install the driver. If still not detected check if the usb in your computer is compatible to the usb of mobile. usb.1.1 or usb2.0 maybe the reuired of the mobile is usb2.0

is the phone on ??

if the phone is off the pc no detect this

pres on butto with the * and # buttons.. then tyhe phone is in the flash mode...

the pc may detect this..
