The circuit board is fitted behind the display right at the top.
Open fridge, undo the two screws under the display moulding.
Using a thin bladed scraper and a flat screwdiver, prise the panel off at the top join. The top is the only bit with plastc clips, but it will help to apply pressure with the screwdriver at one end as well.
Pull it forward by about 2", and remove the connectors to the on switch.
There may be a drip strip to remove before taking the board out.
Use a thin screwdriver to remove the retaining clip over the board.
Use a small flat screwdriver to lever the board out using he holes at each end.
Observe anti-static precautions as it contains Cmos chips.
Reverse procedure to replace.

The small drain pipe on the back of the fridge gets clogged, hence no drainage when defrosting, hence ice blocks the airflow between the freezer compartment and the fridge compartment.
Remove the rubber stop from the drain pipe and clean (can be found above the motor)
Defrost the fridge for a few days (it takes at least 48 hours). During this time, if you are not brave enough to remove the internal panels of the freezer and continually clean the water, check for water coming out and clean.
If during the defrost there is no water coming out the drain pipe, use about 2m of flexible and strong wire to clean the pipe.
The aim is to unblock the pipe once the ice has melted.

Tips for a great answer:
Hi michael, thank you for your post!
I understand that you are having a challenge with your Frigidaire freezer's alarm continuously going off. From what you are describing it could be a possible problem with your control panel or sensor. Typically the alarm will go off when the freezer senses a high temperature inside, I would recommend having a professional come out to properly diagnosis your appliance and repair it to avoid any unnecessary part purchases. -Matt
