Where do I set crank timing on ch 80 honda scooter for max performance

All you need is a philips head screwdriver, start with the tail cover. underneath you find a 10mm bolt (socket) than 2 more screws, one obeve the foot peg and one close to the lock for the seat. An 18mm socket for the sparkplug.

The scooter is built nice and has a pretty nice pick-up. efficeincy is not that great, 40-50kmpl. Engine is no doubt great and refined, it's a Honda! Seems very bulky for female folks. Rest all is OK.
