Ald10t fuse keep blowing

If the fuse blows when you open or close the door, then the problem is with the monitor interlock (middle door switch) or its mount.

See my help file on door switches here.

If the fuse blows almost instantly after pressing the "Start" button to begin cooking, then it is a shorted high voltage capacitor.

If it blows a few seconds after pressing "Start", then it may be a bad high voltage transformer.

Here are some links you or someone you know can use for test help, but read their safety warnings first:

Replaced the digital main cba now the voltage is too high in the

Have you tried googling the model number, funai is no help if you dont have a contract with them. Finding schematics for their powersupplies is hard, a majority of the time its better to just buy another ps because many of the parts they use wont cross to NTE. Are the voltages coming out of the ps just high? If they are one of the boards might be bad, I had a funai tv that had a bad board and was keeping the rest of the tv from powering up so the volatges I was getting were high due to the lower load. Also check for a schematic for that specific panel as funai uses LG panels in their stuff.

Microwave Not Working

If it went dead almost immediately after pressing the Start pad, that's usually a shorted high-voltage capacitor.

If it went dead a few seconds after pressing the Start pad, that's usually a failing high-voltage transformer.

There should be a "mini-manual" (tech sheet) hidden inside the unit behind the control panel or hidden on the left side behind the grille, which is very helpful when troubleshooting, testing, and locating components.

At our Web site, we have a video available showing how to remove a typical over the range control panel assembly in under 5 minutes.

Here are some links you or someone you know can use (in order given) for test help, but read the safety warnings first:

you may have just blown a fuse inside the microwave or the transformer inside has now failed and will need replacing but it will need to be looked at to see what exactly happened

Not heating

You can find helpful exploded view diagrams and order parts by entering your model number here: http://tinyurl.com/gv383 When a microwave is not heating and is making extra noise, it's usually a bad magnetron or high voltage transformer. But once you've looked over the documentation I pointed you to, let us know if you still have trouble.

The high voltage should be around 29.5 KV and not fuctuate between 20-30 KV that would indicate a high voltage regulation issue then. Are the filaments lighted up in the neck of the CRT? If so then yes you are probably looking at a low voltage issue such as a 12 volt source or a a/v switching IC issue.

Loud pop

You probably have a blown fuse (15A or 20A ceramic type) which may be caused by a blown part in the high voltage section. These are widely available at local stores. You can find exploded views and parts by entering your full model number here: http://www.geappliances.com/shop/prts/ If the new fuse blows immediately when you hit the START button, you also have a shorted high voltage capacitor.
