We need 2 battery packs for our phones #5-2729 3.6 volt 600 mah. Our phones are not even 1 year old, and if we call Thomson Co. they have no record of the phone or battery. HELP! The service & parts dept give us the run around. Their case # is 3D9B5. Supervisor Arc was no help, he said any power battery is OK to use.
