New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I sent an e-mail to 200 of my contacts today. I had to do it "50 contacts at a time". Now, I am getting an error message and essentially cannot send any e-mails out. I have changed my password, but

IF you have the paid version of Yahoo maill you can contact Customer care:
My guess is that your account was suspected of sending spam and just waiting might clear it. But I would still write asking for an explanation and help.

I'm getting a silly error message from yahoo mail - "There seems to be a screen resolution problem." My screen rez is 1280 x 800 on my Dell laptop. That seems to be a very reasonable rez for yahoo mail....

The issue is the Yahoo Beta Mail is optimized to use a specific screen resolution. If you are having issues and are using IE 8, try the Compatibility View feature (it's the broken page icon located next to the REFRESH button on the toolbar.) Clicking the icon might resolve your issue. It's not an issue with your screen... it's an issue with how Yahoo! designed their site. Hope this helps!

Keep getting booted from yahoo messenger, pop-up says "im on another computer or device"

You have to clean yahoo completely off your system.
1. Uninstall yahoo with add/remove programs.
2.Open registry editor, make a backup of your registry.
3. Search through the registry for yahoo and delete all yahoo entries
4. reinstall yahoo messenger
5. sign into your yahoo mail account, and change your password

I cannot send email

yahoo is a web based email system... it's not your computer... you should contact yahoo support (the link should be right in your email screen)

Are you on wireless? If so, is your connection coming and going?

Anyway I would copy and paste your email to Notepad, Wordpad, or whatever you would like right now so you don't lose everything you typed. Just a temporary thing until the other thing gets worked out.

Unable to get yahoo mail.

Re the "error code sec_error_expired_certificate" that I got when trying to access Yahoo mail from Mozilla--turns out the date and time on my computer had reverted back to Jan.2001. Discovered it by accident when setting the time on my watch to the computer this afternoon and computer time showed AM instead of PM. After resetting time and date, no problem getting Yahoo mail. I figure the battery probably needs changing.
