The display has stopped working but the radio is still working

If the display quit working and you can still get sound from the radio. live with it or replace the radio. The display died.

the wiring from the wheel controls may have come loose at a connector so i'd try making sure all connetors are pushed home , even behind radio , have you had any work done recently to the vehicle ?

did it just stop working? displays are a weak point on those gm radios ,, replace radio is your best fix,,, you MUST buy the wiring kit for it ,, gm uses a data cable that runs thru the radio and will not work if it is not routed thru an adapter . all kinds of strange things will then happen ..

Typical Sirius junk - overheats and display goes out. Buy a new XM Onyx Plus radio instead.

You have locked the radio, you need to contact the dealer for assistance to unlock it.

check to see if your ground came loose

check 8 volt regulator

Check radio fuse at the fuse block. OR if possible determine if you have
12 volts going to the radio. If so i would say the unit is toast.
These days it's hard to fix something for cheaper than it is to buy new.

There is no bulb in the radio to replace it is LED display you will have to replace radio.

Check for blown fuses
