First turn grinder to coarse setting and try grinding some white rice through it, that will clean out the coffee oils, if that does not work then the you will have to open the grinder and clean out the burr chamber and the spout for the grounds.

Grinder is not working. Makes a clicking sound

There is probably a stone jamming the grinding teeth. You need to take the top off the grinder and pick/vacuum everything out of in the grinding department. The top of the grinder has the stationary grinding teeth attached to it.

Grinder seems jammed....rather than grinding, it hums as if stuck

Dismantle the grinder, you may have a stone in it, a very common cause of jammed grinders.

My grinder is not grinding is it blocked?

if you hear it trying to grind, but is not, or hear it spinning and is not grinding, more than likely it is blocked, or so oily that bean will not drop. Coffee beans, have so much oils in them, that after a while it gets caked up, and beans either get jammed, or stuck. If you hear grinder low humming, then it is probably stuck or clogged, if it is on but hear like a spinning sound, beans are not dropping, because they are stuck because of oil build up. If you can get to the grinder, turn machine off, unplug, get all beans out, if turning up side down to do so, get clean dry terry cloth, and start wiping and cleaning, when you feel your done, spray a LITTLE, no much pam in there, refill and try again. As said early if it is a low humming, like motor turning but jammed, do not use until jam is fixed, you will burn up motor, then have more expensive fix. Makes funny noise when I try to grind coffee and no ground coffee comes down into the handle. Seems like something is stuck in the grinder.

If you can get to the grinder, turn machine off, unplug, get all beans out, take like a wooden chop stick and put it in area where beans go and move the chop stick around the gears. you like your reaming it out kind of. turn machine back on, try this procedure a few times. ( MAKE SURE MACHINE IS UNPLUGGED WHEN DOING THIS) As said early if it is a low humming, like motor turning but jammed, do not use until jam is fixed, you will burn up motor, then have more expensive fix. While grinding heard noise as if a foreign object was in the grinder. The grinder started smoking. Unplugged grinder. Any suggestions on repair?

You will have to dismantle the grinder, removing the 2 bolts at front, then working your way back to the grind chamber, You can find the diagrams for the machine on bunn.com
