Re: phone got washed in the machine - it costed $NZ80.00
Cell phones aren't really "repairable". Normally once their gone, only the manufacturer has the spare parts to repair it, but it will end up costing more than the phone. You should have it replaced by the phone company you purchased it from. If you didn't buy protection (which is usually only 7 bucks a month), you just screwed yourself.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

I don't know about the power off part but the continuous cycle can be from siphoning during the fill (first few minutes) check that your drain hose is not lower than your drum. If its fully losing power than it shouldn't start back up automatically. Not 100% but the going over and over part sounds like siphoning.
With the machine off using any button but power and cancel and press 2-5 seconds on then repeat 5 times, you will see 88 and if a code is stored it will flash or if F 2 comes on your panel is shot and cost 100 plus to change.
