If you are looking at the fuser from the side of the copier there are two wires that run from the right side of the fuser through the frame of the copier and into the back of the copier. you will need to remove the back cover and loosen the screws (3) holding the fuser in. pull the fuser out slightly so you can see the wires and then follow them back to the two connectors and unplug them. make sure the copier off and unplugged.

Ricoh mpc3500 fuser unit setting error

Most common problem is the electrical connector on the fusing unit or the connector that the fusing unit connects to inside the machine is broken. So when you push the Fusing Unit in to the machine the connector moves out of position and doesn't connect properly.

How to replace a pressurization fulcrum arm on the fusing unit of a Sharp ar-m 237 copier

The fuser needs to be removed from the copier first. If you have the part it is not to hard to take the fuser out. Turn the copier "OFF" first & unplug the copier, remove the transfer unit from the right side, then remove the back panel of the copier ( 5 screws ), then unplug the fuser unit ( 3 connector ) , then reove the top right cover ( 2 screws ), then you can see the 2 top screws & the bottom 3 screws, remove them and the fuser should pull out toward you. Replaced the broken fulcrum arm and reinstall the fuser in revese...... Good Luck

Copy commences and then jam on the right side of machine after the paper receives the toner and prior to hot area. Does not appear to go though this second set of rollers.

This means there is a problem in the fuser unit area.
Remedy
Check the fuser unit gear if its broken. Replace if out.
Check if the separator pawls are out of position. Adjust to its position.
Check if the fuser separator spring is out. Return it to its place.

H3 code in sharp ar5316

It sound like you have a thermistor that either has a buildup on it or it is not contacting the fuser roller. I would remove the fuser, disassy and clean every component. Reinstall and usually the problems go away. Let me know if you need more assistance.

Sharp copier AR5316

H2 or 2H is related to a fuser under heat or overheat.
Try this first,

Performing a Fault Reset 14 will reset your WorkCentre and will help to clear error codes.
  1. Find the pink Clear button on the Control Panel of the WorkCentre.
  2. Find the button below the word Auto.
  3. Press these buttons in the following sequence: [Clear], [Auto], [Clear], [Auto] NOTE: All of the lights on the Control Panel should go out and the LED Display should go blank. If the lights do not go out, then repeat step 3 until they do. It may be necessary to increase or decrease the pace of the [Clear], [Auto], [Clear], [Auto] sequence.
  4. Press the [10's] key one time and the [1's] key four times to enter '14' in the LED Display, as if you were to make 14 copies.
  5. Press the green [Start] button.
  6. Press the pink [Clear] button two times.
  7. The WorkCentre should now warm up and come to ready.
  8. If the above steps do not clear the error code, repeat steps 3 to 6 a second time.
If this does not clear the problem the fuser will need replaced.
