Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I have tried to laminate with the pouch not going in the correct way and it is caught in the laminator.I would like to take the laminator apart to see if i can release it however the warning on the back says electrical shock hazard.Do not open.Is this still a hazard even when the power is off.
You can open when unplugged from the wall, the other thing which hold the electricity in the capacitor even when unplugged. the best was to discharge it is to use a long screw driver which insolated handle and the touch both terminals. that will discharge the electricty.
Then it is safe to work...
Let me know if you need further assistance..
