Those are called motherboard drivers.
Fo to the manufacturer website to get the drivers. For example, if computer is an HP, then go to www.hp.com , go to support, and then to download. Insert your model on manufacturer website and get the drivers.
If computer is no brand you need to check the make and model of the motherboard installed inside the PC. Then go to motherboard manufacturer support page and download drivers.
Alternatively give us motherboard make/model , or ask Fixya a new question including model information.
