hi,
my phone was working just perfect, but one day it got automatic switch off, i thought that the battery might be low, but it was fine, i turn it on, it was fine, but after few mins, it again got Off....
now this problem is getting common all day long.
i tried updating the software but it got Off in between the update process.
what to do?

Had the same problem.It is a problem with the phone software.Need to format it.Will be done for no charge in any nearest nokia care showroom.Good luck.Please post comments and results.Also please do rate my solution.
