When you load a disc is displayed Error 400 - Denon DN-C680 CD Player

1. No disc. - Load a disc into the tray.
2. Disc has been loaded upside down. Place the disc with the label side up.
3. Disc region code does not match region code of the player.
4. Disc type is not the correct type to play.
5. Disc is damaged or dirty. Clean the disc or try another.
6. Moisture may be condensed inside the unit. Remove the disc and the leave the power on for one or two hours.

By looking at your issue, The operating system seems to be corrupted.

I suggest you to reinstall the operating system with the re-installation disc.

hello i have had the same problem this maybe because of the region that your dvd is made to play.different dvd players play different.region dvd the regions should be on the dvd and the dvd cover.

The disc is loaded upside-down in the disc rack or the disc is dirty or scratched, try another disc and make sure the top side (label side with printing) is facing towards the back of the rack, away from you. The bottom or data side should face out towards the front of the rack. If that does not work then your laser picups inside may need cleaning. Make sure your disc is clean and now scratches.

CD Changer Error Codes: If problems arise during CD changer operation, the following error codes may appear in the display:
ER-1: No magazine loaded.
ER-2: Problem in the disc loading function.
ER-3: Error in the disc loading function.
ER-4: Error in the disc unloading function.
ER-5: Error in the magazine position.
ER-6: Error in the laser pickup position.
ER-7: Error in the laser focus on the disc.

I HAVE A SONY MODEL MHC GNZ55D AND IS WRITING DEST ERROR ON THE DIS PLAY AND CANNOT LOAD OR OPEN DISC TRAY PLEASE HELP AM A TECHNICIAN
Display indicates 'DEST ERROR' when any DVD functions are used.

According to the manual, error 11 means the disc is inserted upside down.
