My paper keeps "kinking"

Paper goes in ok but then suddenly after the copy it has a fold in the upper right hand corner. It's not folded over just wrinkled over and the image is messed up at that location. We have cleaned but to no avail..Any tips?

1320 Printer prints with corner fold

This tells me something is getting caught usually I would recheck the Paper Tray. If possible you could run the paper through the Bypass or Tray One as HP would call it. See if it is happening there if so then you can eliminate the Cassette Trayi

Also Did you run any lables through this Printer ??

Hp laserjet 1320tn folds the upper right-hand corner of the page

Check carefully for any small scraps of paper caught in the paper path. Do a 1/2 way test, do a print job, listen for the paper to get just under the toner then quickly open the front of the printer (may take a few tries) see if the paper is folded there or if it's happening later that way. If it is folded before entering the fuser, you probably have a small piece of paper in the paper chute somewhere. If it's not and folds later, the fuser is probably worn badly.

Hp c6180 keeps erroring that there's no paper, when it does recognize paper

folded corner is 2 things
a) it's gettig folded somewhere along the paper path ( you would have to stop it at every step to see at what point it gets folded)

b)usually the fuser claws are the problem ( right before the exit the part that gets hot has some claws that ride ON the heat roller 3-5 depending on the machine, one is going bad )

HP LJ 4350 paper folding problem

It could be either the paper feed assembly, part # RM1-0012, or the registration assembly, part #RM1-1098. These parts can be bought at TSAworld, phone # 1-800-633-6626

Corners folding while copying

if it is just folding the paper back without pressing it, then its a problem in the fuser. Paper sticking to long to the upper fuser roller and catching either a pick off finger or a mylar on the exit of the fuser.
Hope that helps...

The Printer's Fixing Film on the fuser assy is broken. It should be replaced. Go to a Service Center and replace the fault part.

My printer folds top lefthand corner intermittently? why?

Do you run labels through the unit? If so, ther is probably a little bit of the glue or label that is inside the feed asm. Hard to find it. Have you tried to open the top door when the paper has fed just under the toner cartridge to see if the bent edge begins at that point. Did the problem appear right after the new maintenance kit? Do you still have the old fuser asm? Reinstall the old fuser and see if problem goes away.
