Manual demagnetizing is all you need. this discoloration is cause of some sort of magnet the been placed near your unit.

a TV has a automatic degaussing coil which in every time you turn your tv on it realligned the pospor of the crt.

since it a huge discoloration you need a manual degaussing process which some service center provides.

Is this green all over or just in one corner? If all over then depending on the set, which I don't know what kind or size. It means something if its a big screen or direct view.

I can not find the channel for Dish Network.

This hopefully is resolved for you, but here are some easy steps if you ever run into this problem again. If you are at TV1 where the receiver box is located:
You want to make sure that the tv is on channel 3 or 4, and usually on an input. Since the tv says Channel unavailable, it sounds like you do need to be on an input. Try video 1 or 2, or cycle through your inputs.
If you are at TV2
You will want to make sure that your tv is on channel 60 or 73, and you will want to make sure that the receiver box has 3 lights on the front. (Blue, green, yellow.) You will need all 3 lights ont he receiver box for the TV2 to show a picture. I hope that this helps.

How come I get green screen on my HD but I still have sound?

Make sure the sord is good. It can be that it is not plugged in tightly. If it has another input, try it on that one.

Green picture with horizontal green lines...

First, Id like to know how old is your unit? Also, the lines indicates in issue with regards to the lifespan of your tube. The dominant green color has something to do with a malfunctioning ray gun of your tube. However, i had encounter a unit that was resolved by simply resoldering the circuitry of same problem.
Why dont you try to resolder the board first.

Response is highly appreciated.
