Press the Menu Key.
2.
Scroll to and select WebAccess.
3.
Scroll to and select Web Sessions.
4.
Highlight "AT&T MMS" and press the Menu Key.
5.
Scroll to and select Edit.
6.
Validate the following parameters:

I have the same problem. my motorazr is from sprint. I can get picture mail. Some times the calling works..sometimes it doesnt...The text message outgoing always says its sent but no one recieves the text message. Some people call me and it doesnt even go to voicemail.

my phone says memory is full when trying to send a txt. it is very important to get txting back. the is 0 resets on my phone i have tried everything! please help!

i called the 611 number and talked
to a representative and they said to
delete my pictures so that i have less that 20.
i did so,and the problem remained.
the they said to reset the master settings and so i did that.
and again,the problem remained.

when i try to send a text message, its says that memory is full, but i checked and the memory of the entire phone is no full yet, i have not sent or received message's yet. whats going on?

I have same problem. I cannot receive texts and messages I send say that they have been sent, but never get received by other phones

cannot send text message on my motorola razr v3 but i can call. But if i use my simto another phone it can send txt message and if I insert a different sim from other networks to my V3 it can txt and send msgs.

outgoing calls on v3 i get the message - call failed. switch sim to another phone and ok. incoming calls get the answering service.
