Re: sanyo 27 ds27910
This looks like a power supply problem. I would advise checking the high and low voltage power supplies if you have a background in electronics. If not (I know this is not what you want to hear) take the set to a shop. I have said this many times and I'll say it many more times. TVs contain voltages that can kill you, not give you a bad scare, but kill you and I don't mean Hollywood dead, I mean really really dead. That being said this looks like the voltages have dropped so low that a full picture can not be mainained.

This could be attributed to tuning reception of your tv. If your using antenna only, it is most probable. If cable, check your line.
If this is a crt type, moving that tv with that size could somehow bend its circuit board. Loose connection is a probability. Could be some minor component is detached from solder. This can be attributed to tuner and vertical IC.
I would check the green signal all the wat to the display screen to determine is this is a signal problem or a system short. I would recommend that you take this set to a qualified electronics technician
dont know for sure but i think that the tube is going bad. Have one in my shop doing almost the same thing.Taped on the tube and it does strange things. My tube tester wont test this kind of tube that is in these sets. Not much help but it is a start.
