You might want to restore to the latest firmware.

You can mail us your iPhone, make an appointment with a Genius at an Apple Retail Store, or click or tap below to start a service request and see more service options.

How long will it take?

Service at an Apple Retail Store is normally completed on the day of your appointment. If you send in your iPhone for service, you'll receive a replacement or your repaired iPhone in three to five business days. A replacement iPhone will be new or equivalent to new in both performance and reliability.

How much does iPhone screen repair cost?

Repair and replacement costs depend on your iPhone model and your AppleCare coverage.
When you request screen repair online or by phone, Apple will place an authorization on your credit card to cover the iPhone out-of-warranty cost. We'll charge this amount if your iPhone has additional damage and is eligible for out-of-warranty service. If your iPhone has no damage other than the screen, we'll charge the amount below. iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5: $129
Plus a $6.95 shipping fee. Fees are in USD and exclude local tax. Pricing applies only to screen repair by Apple. Accidental damage isn't covered under the Apple One Year Limited Warranty.

Touch screen don't respond
Sorry but your touch screen prbably needs replacement. Take it to the apple store and see if they'll give you a replacement. If they don't there are third party iPhone Repair Services that can fix it for you. There are also free iPhone Repair guide that show you how to fix it yourself. The touch screen is on ebay

Iphone screen not responsive in certain areas
You have a broken digitizer or touch panel. Apple should give you a replacement. If you're out warranty, you can try to open it and replace the touch panel. You can get the part on Ebay or at iPhone Repair and there is a free guide that shows you how to open an iPhone and install parts at iPad Repair Guide.

My Iphone Screen is black with White strip at the bottom of the screen. It is not showing any options on the screen. i tried pressing both buttons simultaneously. It reboots but again the same problem....
If a hard reset (presse menu and center button together for 5 sec) and software restore doesn't cure it and there is no way to remove that issue by pressing or twisting the iphone at all, you have a broken logic board. There is an iphone repair website that shows you how to do the replacement yourself and a third party iphone repair company that can do it for you.

pls consider changing ur digitizer it is faulty following are some links where u can get an idea of the cost try apple for the warranty or ur service provider it is hardware fault may be it is covered in warranty

India Iphone touch screen (bottom portion) not responding
As you have already said your iPhone has been tampered with, you have an Unlocked iPhone which renders the warranty Void, even if you put the phone back to defaults once the iPhone is in Apple's hands the software tools they run against your phone will tell them it has been hacked and you will get no support.
