Question about Radio Communications
Using in rnage of c 80 metres but can't find a channel which doesnt pick up continuous conversation from outside - need it to be on a quiet channel, being used for emergency use for ill person. Dont have manual and wish to know if we can refine the range to the one we are using it for? Thanks
Wave propagation at 80 meters is very good which means there will always be congestion on any legal channel. All that I can suggest is to use some kind of encode/decode system and hope that it can over ride or be detected through the traffic.
What distance are you trying to cover? Maybe a different frequency range would work better for you.
