The TCON board or the LCD panel is faulty. Can confirm by replacing the TCON board .

Fault to its main board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. Visit this site " Electro help "for more details. Google for it.
In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.

Sound on means audio section is ok. No picture is video board problem. Pl check input cables. Or give Hdmi cable input. Disconnect all inputs switch on u should get plain raster that is only dots on screen, or blue back screen, if nothing contact authorised dealer,

Check and replace its VIF Chroma jungle IC. It is faulty. You can also do a search, by type in the brand name / model number / IC used, in the search box at the top right of the display window.

It could be many things. Count the blinks. This is a blink code that may help in diag failure. 32inch set are cheaper to replace these days. Do some shopping before you pay for serv of this set.

Seems to be problem with the LCD flat Cable ..i see u have to replace it.

Well, no display usually caused by burnt out backlight inverter. Need to replaced a new one or repaired it... Happy Holidays!

Hope this will give you hint in solving this problem. Try configuring monitor settings in OSD mode; contrast; brightness; etc.. other special settings can be accessed using combination of buttons to minimize the raster intensity. On hardware side try resoldering cold soldered points and check the SMPS side.
