Have you tried starting Windows then connecting the Cam and letting Windows Hardware Installation Wizard configure it?

- Not plug and play as you need to have Windows loaded first in the above question. Try selecting "Yes" to let the installation wizard search for the latest driver online? Since I couldn't find the correct driver, I think it's definitely worth a try. Otherwise, doing a "Custom" Microsoft update and viewing additional hardware updates may provide an updated driver for your Web Cam.

- Cool, if connected to the internet it will hopefully find the driver. I will keep searching for it.

- You have to allow the wizard to go online on the second or third step. Please unplug the Cam, restart Windows, wait for a minute after you see your desktop and then plug the Cam in again to start the Wizard. Take your time and you'll see the option.

- And what is the next step/option after selecting "install the software automatically (recommended)"?

- Okay, I think I know what's going on. By default the Wizard will prompt you to "Connect to the Internet to search for the latest driver" (or something like that) and you have three options "This time only", Always, and Not now. It may be that if you have previously selected "Always connect to the internet", that may be why you aren't seeing the option, in which case you should just let the Wizard run. If it doesn't successfully configure your hardware then it couldn't find a driver at this time. The wizard searches your computer and optical drives and not just online. If the wizard says it couldn't find a compatible driver for your hardware, then we'll have to find one ourselves.
