Question about Jazz JDC31 Digital Camera

The manual reads:
First press <menu /on/off> , LCD dispays (pic of display 888 with 3 stars hq and battery pix under neath)
and press preview button to display (pic of photo and stars above same as above)
then press menu/on/off button to display the u disk/webcam icon, use up or down to change to u disk mode or webcam, atlast press preview to validate your choice
Udisk mode (pic of camera and disk, 50, and battery below)
cam mode (pic of camera and what looks like a round webcam, 50 and battery below.)
hope this helps...
any suggestions for someone who cant get pix to load to computer from camera?

I presume you've already saved those pictures you want to keep in another location and you want to flush everything in the camera.
Typically, you have a button on the back with a little trash-can picture next to it. Pressing that will put you into Review/Delete mode. You will usually need to use the up/down/left/right arrow keys to navigate to select the photos you want to delete. Selecting the "OK" or "select" button will select that photo for deletion. You will typically have to confirm deletion for each photo, or before deleting all (if your camera provides that option in it's programming).

press menue/on/off until the LCD will display garbage can symbol, then press shoot once, until 888 blinks and press shoot again to validate your choice, then all photos saved to the memory are deleted.
