Question about Estate TAWB600JQ Top Load Washer
I have a Whirlpool Estate Washing Machine that someone just gave me. I have it hooked up right and everything is working great except --- it seems to be draining to fast and the drain hose is hooked up correctly and then the pipe is filling up fast and overflowing. I have tried cleaning out the drain with drain chemicals and have also used equipment to clean out the pipes. Is there anyway to slow down the water flow or to put a smaller hose on it for the pipe will not fill out so fast? I live in an older home. Thanks!
I am a recently retired appliance engineer of 20 years, slowing down the flow of water from any electrical washing appliances can be dangerous and will cause extensive damage to the appliance in question, at the very least it will stop half way through the cycle every time the only way to remedy this is to rectify the drain, or at least sort out another waste water outlet sorry
