Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player
The e260 when plugged into the front of the computer at the usb port goes from connect (writing) to disconnect. This happens about every 5 seconds. I got it to work by searching the internet and finding something that worked, do not remember what that was. Is there something I can do to permanently fix this problem? Is my computer just not recognizing this player?
Make sure USB mode is MSC....If this doesn't work make sure that you are connected to a 2.0 USB port....I had to install the update on to my labtop and finally it recognized it and updated....
Download Update if you haven't yet(http://mp3support.sandisk.com/sansa/Installer/1082/SansaUpdaterInstall.exe)
Then connect to your computer and see if it works
Hope it does..........Please rate
