Question about Konica Minolta Di1610 Copier
I have any questions in relation to the usage of the copier: 1) on the display I often see the message: "Incorrect T/S type" 2) when I use the copier there are black sheets; when I print, the copies are good. In both cases the maintenance can't say where is the problem. What can we do? Have we to change some part? Thanks in advance Rgds, Angelova
Incorrect T/C type means that toner cartridge have not good contact with toner chip, is good to clean this chip, or contact inside magine is not good. Change toner cartridge and if that problem remain, its needed replace contact unit on machine

Sir/mam, recommend that you have your technician check the ribbon cable (White under the glass) that connects the scanner & exposure lamp to the copier some times the ribbon cable will get lose at the scanner while it moves to scan the document. since you can print fine that leave the scanner section as for cleaning the mirrors they are internal to the scanner assy. that exposure lamp is very easy to break once that happens not good!!!

Ther is no error "c01510" - too many numbers.
If error is "c0510" do this :
- turn off the machine -> press & hold the red ( stop ) buton ( in the right down corner ) -> turn on the machine & keep pressing the buton until the default screen appear . If the code reapear repeat the procedure again. If no luck then change the fusing unit.
