Hello, I took my Steam It apart to clean it, since it was producing steam but it wasn't going past the steam head... Only collecting around the top and dispersing. Now, the two springs inside the head don't seem to fit anywhere. I don't see a diagram in the user manual. Help!
You have probably already found the solution, but I've had this problem as well. The steam head has a hard plastic tube that directs the steam and disperses it across the head. This tube breaks and the result is what you are experiencing. The last time this happened to me I drilled out the tube and glued a new tube in the hole and reattached the flex tube. But this is only a short time repair. I couldn't find the part sold separately and we had to purchase a new steam head. Hope this helped

Hi,
Brown water and whitescale are often the result of the water you use in the iron...
If you have scale, white vinegar will clean that...
For brown water, empty the iron, rinse out the insides with bottled water,
and then use the bottled water instead...
