On my toshiba A105 my keyborad dont response y need help please maybey lost de drivers

keyboard doesn't require drivers. Someone was kind enough to post the steps on replacing a Toshiba A105 keyboard, and since I'm lazy, I'll paste the link here so you can use it to check and see if your laptop's keyboard is securely connected underneath.

http://www.ehow.com/how-does_5021575_replacing-toshiba-laptop-keyboard.html

If your keyboard appears to be securely connected, then it'd gone bad - it happens more than you think - and I'd replace it. Best place to buy replacement keyboards (new or used) is eBay, and anything above $15 is a price reserved only for foreign tourists.

If a new keyboard suffers the same fate, then your A105's motherboard is bad - I haven't seen one go bad in this manner before, but I'll mention it just to worry you some....

In the event of an emergency, you can use a USB keyboard with this laptop and they should be pretty available and cheap locally.

I broke the Y key for my laptop. I broke the white bracket under the black key. The black part is intact but it is completely detached from the keyboard. Can this be fixed?

No the broken retainer clip can not be repaired, but you can buy a new laptop key retainer clip, take a look at www.replacementlaptopkeys.com, they sell the toshiba laptop keys you need, take care.

“To find “Enable” the “Keyboard with your system.” You can do the following: Shutdown the Computer, connect the Keyboard to your computer.
I. Turn on the computer. If the “Keyboard have a Power Button?” (Turn on) the keyboard.
II. Go to, Control Panel; click on Device Manager. Click to open Keyboards, in the (Keyboard Properties) Click on Driver (Box), next click to Update Drivers!
III. Click OK. Restart the computer. Check keyboards’ functionality.

White screen on my laptop

The first is to check the connections for the lcd. You will have to take the keyboard off and pop the front cover off.and use a screwdriver.

This may also be a driver issue or video card issue..

External monitor connection problem

The problem is with the laptop. The femal VGA port is slodered to the motherboard. Once the laptop's MB has been removed you'll most likely find the solder holding the VGA in place is most likely cracked/loose. The fix would be to remove the old solider & apply new.
I can't guide you through disemble, its complex. I can include a site to help you with this.

If you find this all a little too involved it might be worth taking it to a pro.
At this link you can order A105 parts if needed.

Toshiba satelite A105?

Hi Koreasp,

You will need to find out the model number aswell, ie "A105-S101".

Once you have that, head along to the Toshiba website here : http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/home.jsp#. Click on the download menu at the top. Select 'Portables' in the first list, then 'Satellite' in the second list, then your model number in the right hand list. Then click GO.

On the resulting page, click on 'Users Guide' in the submenu. Or the 'Detailed Specs'.

Hope this helps!
