If you're using Windows xp you will need to use MS ActiveSync or Samsung's own software. If you're using Vista you need to use WMDC

right you need to get the Samsung software and a Cable, then you install the drivers and software onto the PC and reboot, then plug in and turn on phone, Windows will detect and install it. Now you open up the Samsung Phone software and do whatever you want from there.
