Question about Dryers
I have a whirlpool dryer everything else works but doese not kick on the burner it's 10 years old
Have you ever replaced the thermal couple . This is a sure bet . these need to be replaced a bout 5 or 6 yr.s This is not a expensive fix. you may be able to change it your self. DFD

If you are having problems with your gas dryer not heating the most common problem is that the ignitor goes bad. Even though it glows sometimes it is still not working properly.
