i am assuming the drive E:/ refers to your dvd or cd drive, if so it may be faulty and need replacing, but the only thing to try and resolve it other than having to buy a new one is: control panel>device manager(or system icon)>hardware tab, look down list for Cd/DVD drives, click + sign right click on drive and select uninstal.
Restart pc and it will install itself, see if it works and shows in my computer, if not the drive needs to be replaced.

The screen does not open. I can see the processor to work, but the screen stays grey. To get the screen on I have to start the computer with F10. Is this a hrdware problem?
