Cannot get picture on my Sony Watchman TV/Radio-just standby flas

I cannot get a picture on my Sony Watchman TV/Radio. When I turn it on the Standby button flashes red and there is no picture, radio, or sound. Am I not doing something??

May have something to do with the switch to digital tv that occurred back in Feb.
