try to remove cables and battery , then press and hold the power button for 8 secs. Reinsert the cables and battery back, then turn it on. If no power, then that propels you to contact Acer for repair because power supply won't work on your laptop..
It means some of the application installed in the system is using the camera port.Remove or disable the application like veriface facial recognisation security tools etc.
is this a laptop? do you have an external monitor plugged in? do you have an external monitor to use? if it is a laptop then plug in an external monitor if it is not already plugged in, or if you already have one plugged in then unplug it.
ok what u might have to do is uninstall the camera and remove it...reboot ur pc with the camera not plugged in or is it an internal camera....please email me at [email protected]
