Do u hear the heaters gas valve turn on? if not replace it, they stick and cause this problem, also make sure control voltage is avail to the thermostat, this should be 24 volts, this also supplies power to the gas valve in the heater.

My Honeywell smartvalve stop opening the gas valve, inducer motor started, glow and pilot happen, just no fire...I replaced said smartvalve and upon installation, the inducer motor wouldnt run, no glo

Double check the wiring connections, maybe you have the pilot valve and the main valve wiring reversed. I had a call one time where the homeowner installed the gas valve backwards, so no flow and of course and the wiring on the three terminals was reversed.

The inducer should start whether or not the gas valve is wired wrong, unless it is wired in parallel with the pilot valve.

Smartvalves are tricky and a certain sequence must happen. Without going into this in depth, try this:
Install new smartvalve
Set thermostat to the off position
Kill the power to the unit
Restore power to the unit
Turn the heat on with the thermostat
In this order!

I have a Brivis Buffalo 85, pilot light is on main burners will not ignite when turned on? It seems like gas isnt allowed to bar which turns on main burners

Usually a thermocouple or similar device is employed to allow fuel to flow once the unit sees that there is sufficient heat to ignite the fuel. Otherwise it can be a fuel valve that "sees" an unusual flow of gas which sets off the safety.

Switch on wall fireplace with Honeywell control SV9403, pilot does not turn on even there is current flowing into the controller device.

Good Evening. Your fireplace is equipped with a smart valve (SV) to which the valve itself acts as the control. This unit has intermittent pilot or hot surface ignition. Can you clarify to me which ignition this unit has?

Pilot lights up but would not fire up into heating, I have brivis buffalo 85

This is the proper cycle of a furnace and what should happen.

Inducer motor kicks on, it runs for a little bit, about 3-5 seconds, then you should see a bright yellow glow, this is the igniter, shortly after, you should hear a click and the gas should start to flow, almost immediately it turns to a blue flame. Then your igniter should turn off and the blower motor start up.

If the pilot turns on and the gas ignites, then shortly after the unit shuts off, chances are this is your blower motor. It is not starting up, then the heat limit is reached in your unit and the safety shuts it off.

Burners on our Brivis Buffalo 52 Ducted heater aren't getting gas

test thermosat for proper operation ie-broken wire-power if good jump stat and check if unit goes on if it does than stat internal problem or wiring problem and needs replacement or repair --if stat good check fan safety/high limit sensor if good would need to check and test thermocouple thats the tube that the pilot flame burns on may be enough to keep pilot burning but not enough to open valve for heat demand

Ducted heating unit blows cold air and fan is always on..

that s correct the control is done by the thermostat stop the heating up to your set point and restart if the medium temp is under the set point
if this sequence fail means
- no power to the control element or is defective
thanks
