Question about Sony Ericsson P910i Smartphone
First please make a backup of your phone's memory and contacts using the tools you can find on your official CDs provided with your phone. You will need to do a master reset of your phone. Go to control panel of your phone, select the tab "other" and then select master reset. This procedure may take a while and it will make your phone be exactly like you purchased it and IT WILL DELETE all programs, games etc you have installed. Also your contact numbers, sms etc will be deleted. If the problem is not fixed then I would suggest to update your phone's software from sonyericsson's website. http://www.sonyericsson.com/spg.jsp?cc=gb&lc=en&ver=4000&template=ps1_1_3_1_1&zone=ps&lm=ps1_1&pid=10183&fid=21839&esi=true
