I frequently get disconnmected. my laptop restarts frequently. please help me.

This may be due to RAM(Read only memory) in your PC or can take out the ram and re insert it back.Restart your pc later if the problem occurs you need to replace your RAM.

Hi there, my problem is ,my windows xp can't startup. i thought my OS has problem, then i try to reformat it (reinstall winxp). the format process fail to complete as well. I try to format same HDD to...

you need to reinstall it completely ...but first check the ram memory ..sounds like a problem there ...If you tried to format during installation and didnt worked..or it worked to format the partition but it didnt let you load start the actuall installation ..this is a issue of Ram memory ..(it may also give you blue screen errors..)
if you only tried to format it from the windows...there is an issue cause this is not possible for partitions with windows on it you need a windows installation bootable cd and boot from it to reinstall and only then you will see if the issue is indeed with the Ram memory ..or was just plane ...bugged..
so ...if you do not have such a disk ..go here a image ..and burn it by double clcik on it ..(using nero for file association ) ..on a new blank cd-r
after that select the first boot device...(in bios) cd /dvd and restart and see whats going on ...if it fails loading is the Ram memory to blame ..or the Hdd..but if the hdd accepted to be installed in another computer only remain the Ram..
here is the image ...use utorrent to download

Problem rebooting turning on and even if using start up

if it just do not start ...the problem may be the operating system that cached some issue...but if the problem is that the system keep on restarting itself on boot until starts...the problem is more then sure with the RAM memory ....I bet its gave some blue screen errors almost each time it wont start ..and said something about failing ...0000000and something like letters or a digit

anyway not insist in ..just try t reinstall a clean os ..fromthe disc...and format in NTFS slow the partition windows will run ...and see if it fix the problem may also be caused by a missing file that was deleted during the clean up ...( bug related) ...lets hope that s the issue ...cause if it is like I suspect wil have to replace the ram memory

Computer does not boot

You need to reset your CMOS back to factory defaults. You didn't say what motherboard you have so I can't give you specific instructions. Usually this is done by moving a jumper covering two of three pins close to the CMOS battery, the coin shaped one. Move the jumper (while the computer is off) from the two pins it is covering to the other two pins. Leave it for about 15 seconds, then move it back. Turn your computer on (memory in of course) and it should boot again.

I would return the memory to the store, some motherboards are picky about what they will work with and yours does not like this memory. You have already tried changing the timings in the BIOS and it didn't help. Go get some ddr2 667 and you should be good.

Rebooting of windows98 by itself

First think to check it overheating. Make sure the case is clean inside.Second is a faulty ram stick. The next is a failing processor.
