I got a MPX300 and whenever I turn off the sound for the alerts, it does not vibrate but the ICON in internal and external screen appears for that function. What can I do to fix the vibrating alerts???

How to adjust the volume on the iPad and iPhone app.

The steps below outline a few ways to adjust the alert/ alarm volume on your iOS app. If you're not hearing an audible alarm at all when timing is complete, please check out this guide to enable the alert. In-App Time Alert settings
In the main Timer view (home view) you will see a green bell or vibrate icon under the Timer in the right corner. Tap on that to open two sliders for sound and vibration. When they are green, sound is ON. Tap the carrot (downward arrow) to hide the buttons. Using the Volume Buttons or Sound Settings
The physical buttons on the side of your device are your main volume buttons: turn up the volume using the top button, and turn the down the volume using the bottom button. If this does not change the volume, navigate to Settings > Sounds and slide the Ringer and Alerts slider at the top of the page. You may also want to enable the "Change with Buttons" option to allow you to change the volume via the buttons on the side of your device.
This most likely has to do with the sound profile that you currently have set. Go into the sound options, see if there is a detailed option available to increase/decrease the ring volume or vibration.
Some phones have the option to turn on an alert and vibration for text/incoming call.s
To turn on vibrate press Menu until the vibrate icon is displayed then press "+" to enable it. For more information on programming the alert functions see pages 26-27 of the user manual available HERE
To turn on a ringtone and vibration, go to your BlackBerry's sounds and ring tone options by either of the following ways:
1. Use the trackball to go to the sound icon in the upper left corner of the main screen and click on it, then toward the bottom of the list that appears, select Set Ring Tones/Alerts, then select Phone.
2. In the Home folder, go to your Options folder (usually toward the bottom, has a wrench icon) and select Sounds and Ring Tones.
Select the ring tone and volume that you want, and for Play Sound select Always. Scroll down to Vibration and set it for On.
There is an option for Vibrate with Ring Tone -- set that to on in order to make your phone both ring and vibrate at the same time, then save the settings when you cancel out, and you're all set.
You go to: main menu->settings->sounds & alerts (or something like that)-> vibrating alert Open this and you will find 3 choises (on,on if silent, off). Choose "ON". Then vibrating alert will be always turned ON,even if You putt it on "silent".
firstly read the operations manual for that phone look on how to adjust the settings of your phone it probably sure was indicated there, because the way i see from what you posted it has no internal circuitry prob. it just needed an adjustment.. hope this advice helps... ;-)
