Was the camera on when it decided to go for a swim? If yes, it's probably time for a new camera. If no, then after weeks of allowing it to dry internally you should be okay.

Having turned it on before it was thoroughly dried out, it's very possible that the moisture shorted out circuitry....time for a new camera.

Camera model: panasonic FS3 Lumix cannot remove memory card. know how to remove battery. memory card seems stuck or I don't know the trick to remove

Turn the camera off first.
To remove the memory card you have to push it down a bit, you may hear a little 'click' and as you let go the card will pop up a bit.
Then you can pull it out.

Let me know. Thanks.

Take the card out - on the side there is a little white slider with a locked & unlocked padlock symbol - move it to the opposite position it is in now.

Perrier (Mineral Water) + DMC-FX30 = No Work.

Wet and camera do not mix - wet onto the circuit board will cause a short and blow stuff. There is nothing to repair- cameras like other small electronics are machine made in a single piece. You can ask Panasonic via the support site - but I fear it is new camera time.
