Here is the e-mail of a class action attorney investigating a claim against iLO.

They have had my TV for 5 months! There are many more people who bought one of these POS’s. Their customer service sucks. They won’t give me a number to anyone other than them.If your TV is junk contact the attorney listed above.
i've been on the phone all day with this Ilo issue. The red light turns on, however, the television will not come on. I have a 27" wide-screen LCD TV, Model # LCT27HA36. I called their customer service center and was given three repair centers. They also toey also informed me that they do not make that brand anymore and do not repair them. I called the repair centers and the phone numbers are disconnected. A good possibilitiy of the problem is that the capacitors are bad and need to be replaced. I've had the television for two (2) years without any problems until now. I called their replacement part center and was told that the television was made by Akai. I called Akai and was given "Customer Care" at 216-454-0867. I've called all day and was told via a recording that I was placed in the "cue"; however no one came on and then I was disconnected. I paid almost $800.00 for this television. I called the Geenk Squad who informed that I would have to pay $160.00 for them to come out and "diagnose" the problem. This is crazy and very depressing.
There are several shops listed on e-bay that will repair your defective power supply for around $50-$60. 'Course you have to remove (and re-install) the power supply yourself. If you are at all handy, its not a big deal.
Akai is also gone from the planet as well. Your correct that the capacitors on the power supply board are probably bad. This is the most common problem in any of the LCD tv's we have serviced. Our company located in Newton NJ does do repairs on these Ilo tv's, I'm not sure if I am close enough to you to help.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. Goodluck!

Advise them that you are aware that the State Attorney General, Michael Cox, has written KTM twice and gotten no response from KTM., copies enclosed. Without satisfactory resolution to the issues at hand you have been advised to seek legal council and pursue a punitive lawsuit against KTM for breach of contract (warranty ), and damages. Once the lawsuit ha been filed you will accept no agreement less than a full refund of the purchase price, tax, title and license and documented expenses, including legal fees. You will deliver the bike to the KTM agent who sold it to you. You need to find an attorney and advise KTM of his name and contact information.
Interview several attorneys. Present what documentation you have at the interviews. Suggest a class action lawsuit? Your agreement should be no fees or charges of any kind will be paid other than through a judgment in your favor that covers attorneys charges and fees. The attorney must agree to represent you from the point of filing a lawsuit to a favorable decree by the court. KTMs' attorney will immediately check out the strength of your attorney. A one man legal show is no match for a law firm of 15 lawyers. If you engage a divorce attorney to act on your behalf you have already lost. Realize this means KTM will turn the issue over to the corporate attorneys and will not be able to correspond with you other than through their attorneys. You will need to stop riding the bike and park it in a safe place protected from weather and tampering. Chances are it will be a few years before any resolution is had.
Or you could picket the KTM dealer every Saturday for the next four months until the dealer pushes KTM to act on the matter. Contact a television investigative reporter and see if they would be interested in assisting in the matter. KTM does not want that much public exposure. You might want to try this route first. I wish the best of luck to you. Please rate my answer. Thanks.
Best advice; save the $10-$20 on getting a new remote and get a new TV. If you look up iLo High Definition TV Problems, you'll get a whole slew of problems, most occurring within a months-years. However, if your iLo Television suddenly does have problems, contact firstname.lastname@example.org Matthew D. Schelkopf. He will be building a Class-Action lawsuit against whatever company makes the televisions cause according to another source on this website, three companies make it for Wal-Mart. Good luck with the TV either way; ours died tonight, and that's no joke. : (
i have repeated this info on every forum i have found whith the applicable problem, hopefully if enough people join in and spread the word we can do something about this, i for one am sick of getting taken by big companys, keep spreading the word as will i thanks for getting back to me
They will NOT give you a refund, they will NOT swap units with you. you're stuck... I've yet to hear of a class action lawsuit... and quite frankly their little lawyers covered their behinds on this one... So sorry.
i would like to note that on the 80 gig units they did change the layout so screen breakage isn't from the battery anymore
Go to zenith.com, look under the service icon at the top and then you should see a listing for "Class Action Lawsuit/Settlement". If you follow that link, they'll have specifics listed for this suit that was brought against them (including tv model #s included in the suit). There was an agreement reached to fix/replace affected t.v.s, court date was in Feb. I believe, and just waiting now until they post information on how to proceed.
I recently bought an ILO 32 HDTV with the same problem. I searched every site I could find for a solution. I finally found someone that gave me the direction to replace the Main Board for the TV. This is the board that you can plug your exteranl devices into, computer, dvd, HDMI etc.
The phone # to Digital Age is 909-974-2859. These are the people who can send you the part you need. Also the remote that I have is RC-500, which is the newest remote control for the new Main Board. I would suggest getting this remote.
The price of the board was $123.89 with $10.00 shipping. It only took 4 days to get the board from Ontario California, and yes they do speak english.
I removed the backpanel myself and then removed the metal cover over the Main Board. Remember to mark all of your wires and screws so you can put them back in the same location. The connections are all quick disconnects and the board is one piece. I had the board replaced and the back panel back on within an hour. All buttons working on the TV and the remote control, and the TV is working great with sound.
But I do not have the Manual......does anyone have the manual? I am willing to help anyone with a fix for their TV for a copy of the TV Manual.
I hope the information I have given helps in anyway possible,
