Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Ould like to uninstall broderbund dfrom windows XP

If you have tried using the "Add/Remove" or the uninstaller from the software itself and cannot uninstall the program. Reinstall the program again and unistall it.

If it is not sucessfull, then
Try using the System Tools "System Restore" utility in XP to restore your Operating System to the point before you install the software.

Hope it helps.

Not working

I'm not sure what the actual problem is (I can't see the other thread you are commenting on from here), but I did find the driver for your mouse here:

http://www.bioticaindia.com/pd7250lsr.html

The "download here" is about half-way down the page...

If you are going to uninstall/reinstall the mouse driver, try and uninstalling the mouse itself from the Device Manager (Start-button ---> Settings ---> Control Panel ---> System ---> "Hardware" Tab ---> Device Manager... right-click the mouse, choose properties, and go from there.

I would suggest re-booting after the uninstall, allow Windows to discover the new hardware, also allow it to install a generic driver, so at least you have basic function of the mouse. Then you can update the driver with the above file.

Hope this helps!

You are going to need to unistall what you have installed.
  1. Re-install them in order. Install one and update it until there is no more updates. then install the expansion kindoms.
Make sure you uninstall first. Good luck. It is a great game... Let me know how it goes.

You should try to uninstall, and reinstall the game. If you are having trouble uninstalling, try this uninstallation program, Revo uninstaller, run this program to delete any game data.

Other wise, try and uninstall, or delete your game updates, and game mods you added.

Hope this helps.

Razer Mamba Problem

I had this same issue when the software hung. I thought my mouse was dead(no lights, no response when plugged in on my Vista machine). The way I solved it was to goto my XP machine(this may work in Vista 32bit too but I have 64bit and didn't wanna chance it) and install the firmware update software.

After installing the software, run it and get to the screen that tells you to hold down the pairing button when connecting the mouse. Then make SURE your mouse is turned OFF via the ON/OFF switch on the bottom, then HOLD the pairing button on the bottom of the mouse and connect the USB cable. When you do this, you should see a note that XP sees a bootloader and it will want to install a driver for it. Let XP install automatically. When it is done installing the driver, click next on the software screen and it should say it sees the mouse and the UPDATE button should be green. Click it and it will update. This should work, even if it looks like your mouse is dead(no lights when plugged in and not being recognized properly).

The key parts are make sure the mouse is OFF(vai the switch on the bottom) before starting and also make sure you hold the pairing button down when connecting the USB cable. If your system doesn't see a bootloader when you connect the mouse, the update won't work properly.

Check program files folder and look for a directory containing the files that could have been left from an improper unistalled. Also see if your cd offers a repair install.
