Question about Master Appliance 750-1000D F PRODUCTION MASTER HEAT GUNS

1 Answer

Don't know how to replace insulation in nozzel

I have a Master Appliance 751b heatgun. The blower stopped working. I was going to take it apart to see if I could see an obvious cause. I took the tin off the nozzle. It had some cellophane-like material, several sheets, as insulation. I didn't note how the insulation was placed within the tin nozzle, and now I don't know how to put it back together.

In the meantime, I have found someone who knows how to work on the heat gun (he says the problem is likely the motor or a capacitor) but I doubt if he knows how to replace the cellophane-like sheets.

Hope you can help!

Brian

The heat resistant mica sheets simply wrap around the heating element separating it from the inner nozzle.
Below is a link to a diagram that is pretty much the same as yours.

Kenmore elite dryer model number 110.67062600 blower wheel does not spin.

Dear David,
I should like for you to take the whole machine apart and see the trouble.
I had the same problem with my daughter's machine.
I discovered the blower wheel was not spinning with the drive shaft because the insides of the machine were plugged with lint.
Take that thing apart, and you should find that lint is the problem, I discovered the at machines made nowadays are made by robots, and have air leakages internally, so that lint collects where it should not.
God bless your efforts, Dave

Front blower stopped working, where is the resister?

A resister would only cause it not to work on 1or2 speeds, Not all of them, The Blower motor is shot (Probally) They don,t last for ever, There is allso a relay for them in the fuse block in the engine compartment, That might be defective,
