Question about Master Appliance 750-1000D F PRODUCTION MASTER HEAT GUNS
I have a Master Appliance 751b heatgun. The blower stopped working. I was going to take it apart to see if I could see an obvious cause. I took the tin off the nozzle. It had some cellophane-like material, several sheets, as insulation. I didn't note how the insulation was placed within the tin nozzle, and now I don't know how to put it back together.
In the meantime, I have found someone who knows how to work on the heat gun (he says the problem is likely the motor or a capacitor) but I doubt if he knows how to replace the cellophane-like sheets.
Hope you can help!
The heat resistant mica sheets simply wrap around the heating element separating it from the inner nozzle.
Below is a link to a diagram that is pretty much the same as yours.
