Question about Samsung CLP 300 Laser Printer
Mine is the same way, to solve this I elevated the bottum by 2 inches, then i kept it off, also i blow a fan on it while running.
also, you need to clean the filter (the gray "L" inside) black dust should come out.
lastly, mine actually broke because it overheated.

For red light,go to samsung website and download smartpanel,run on pc,have printer connected,will solve problem.printer getting hot,need low voltage power supply and fuser replaced
