2001 Mitsubishi Magna VRX. The TCL light stuck on OFF.

Question edited for clarity, add maker, add CAPS, remove text speak.
Question moved to Mitsubishi category.

This is not a model we know in North America. You need an auto electrician to connect a pro grade scan tool computer to read the historical code data as to why the Check Engine Light came on. It will also tell which sensor is causing the TCL Light to be stuck on Off.

Removing 380 rear brake light

The Aussie-built Mitsubishi 380 sedan rear light assemblies are removed as follows:

Remove inside boot (trunk) lining behind the light assembly to expose two 10mm nuts with captive washers and (deeper towards the outside of the vehicleA) two plastic lugs.

Unscrew the two 10mm nuts.
Gently prise the light assembly straight back from the rear of the car. This requires some effort. The plastic lugs remain embedded in the sheet metal while notched mating two steel pins remain attached to the light assembly.

The bulb holders are removed by a partial turn anticlockwise (looking at the holder from the top).

See attached image.
