Question about Microsoft Wireless Desktop 3000 Keyboard
Hi, this microsoft 3000 keyboard isn't working well, the letter and number keys don't work, I do hear an audible tone each time a key is pressed but nothing on the screen, other buttons like mail, home, internet, etc work, just not the number and letter keys. Any idea?
Go to my computer>computer hardware>keyboard
click driver, then check if your device is working properly, if it is, click update driver.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

At the back of the mouse, there will be small flushed 'reset'
button. Press that. It resets and reconfigures the connection. If it
still doesn't work, the mouse has gone bad.
have a nice day :)
