Try wiping the memory card and then purchasing the music kit from verizon. thats what i use and it works well. never had a problem with the music since I got it.

I would try wiping you memory card clean and then putting the music back on there. If that does not work, download a program that will convert the music to an mp3 or wma format. it will work a lot better that way. My gf and I had the same problem when we first got our phones.

Whatever mp3 player that other person sent you will not work. It was for a nokia phone not LG.

How do you download music from our computer to the

It is hard to provide any useful suggestions without knowing the type of cell phone your son is using.

Normally he would put the memory card in the cell phone microSD slot (provided it can support 2gb card), plug the USB cable from computer to cell phone (if it supports this). Normally the phone will have also got some software apps CD which should be loaded to computer. This will provide the necessary functions to load music files to the phone.

Alternative to USB is bluetooth connection which both the computer and the cell phone will have to support. He can transfer music files that way.

I am not sure if he can copy the files directly from the computer to the memory card and play it on the cell phone as data formats are not standard. Also iTunes files need to converted to mp3 format. If these are protected iTunes files then it becomes a bit harder - best to burn a CD and then rip into mp3 format.

Once again these suggestions are useless if cell phone cannot play music (mp3 or WMA etc) files, does not have microSD slot, does not have USB or bluetooth support.

Put music on memory card and cannt find it on

This can be caused due to one thing. Either the Song or Music you have installed into the Memory is not supported by the Phone or is in a Format which your Phone is not able to read. My advice is to Uninstall such undetected data from the Memory to avoid secondary Problems such as memory failure. It is not just your Problem, It is happening in many phones including the XpressMusic sets and many more.
Thank you Sir, Hope you understand the root of the Problem. Have a nice day.

I put music on it and my kyocera xtc-1 phone only reads half of it. I look at my memory and and it gone but the other halgf of my music wont show up.

Make sure all the files are in "My Music" folder. XTC does not support folders inside"My Music" or files outside this folder.

I had a Nokia Music Xpress phone on a t-Mobile plan. I took the mini SD Cars and put it in my new phone the LG Xenon, which is an AT&T phone but unlocked for T-mobile. I am trying to get the info off...

It wont. A memory card cant be switched from phone to phone. I had to put my memory card back in my old phone & put all the info (music & pics) onto my computer in a file. Then put the memory card into your new phone & go to that phones settings and it should ask you to format the card for that specific phone(which means ERASE) so a memory card cant back & forth keeping same info & reading info on different phones. So the only way to save your info is put in a file on comp then let your new phone reformat it so it can work then hook that phone up to your computer & put all the info BACK on there.
